Licensor: Natalie Faith Design
Licensee: Purchaser of the website template

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to use this website design for one business only.

This license allows you to use, customize, and publish the website for your own business purposes.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All website designs, layouts, structure, and visual elements remain the intellectual property of Natalie Faith Design.

This purchase does not transfer ownership of the design, only the right to use it under the terms of this agreement.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the website for your own business

• Edit text, images, colors, and branding

• Publish and maintain the website under your brand
  

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the website or any portion of it

• Duplicate the website for use by another business

• Transfer the website or license to another individual or entity

• Use the website as part of a template library, educational product, or resale offering

5. License Violations

Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or resale of the website constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in:

• Immediate termination of the license

• Revocation of use rights

• Legal action to protect the Licensor’s intellectual property
  

6. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate transfer of access, all sales are final once the website has been transferred.

7. Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing this website and submitting the required agreement checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
